QuestionMy 9 month old mitred conure has turned almost vicious. Unfortunately I purchased him when I was only working part time & now I can only spend about 2-3 hours a day with him (during the week). He is just mad at me all the time (and also anyone else) & I do not want to put him in "time out" because I feel so guilty. I wish he was sweet again. Did I ruin him ? Is it too late to get him to be nice.
