QUESTION: so sorry but thanks for the link I'll check into it later, I ment to say Zupreem pellets I feed these to my lovebirds the natural cockatie/small parrot food and was wanting to feed the same type but for larger parrots to my grey when I get him or her and was wondering if this is a good enough food for a grey  parrot provided the diet is varied?

Answer
Hello again.
An all seed diet and/or an all pelledt diet is not good for any bird.  Birds in the wild like a variety of fres fruits and vegetables, and believe it or not, they do like meats.  My birds all get a variety of foods, everything from peanut butter sandwiches to brioled chicken and mashed potatoes (my Amazon Parrot especially loves habanero garlic mashed potatoes, but he love spicy food all around).
Be careful of the pellets that you give to your birds, watch the labels.  Some pellets on the market actually have chemicals that are toxic to birds.  When using a pelleted diet, make sure that it is all natural.

I hope this answered your question.  Again, check out the link that I sent to you.  You'll find it very helpful.

Good luck and God Bless.
