Question
I am thinking about buying an 8 month old indian ringneck who was hand fed and now isn't even hand held.  Can the bird over time be friendly and trained?

-- Absolutely!  I've rehabbed birds well over 10, 15 and 25 years old.

The one thing about a bird is that they are adaptable, open minded and willing to work with us as long as we're patient and kind
