Hello..Thank you! He has become quite LOUD, w/ screaming. Have had about 4mo. Also have 3 dogs that now stay outside.(were insiders) We spend ALOT of time w/ him outside his cage, ect. He "talks alot, does not bite us.He just spends so much time trying to get our attention, we do not know what to do! (have tried to cover the large cage).He began to chop at his breast feathers so trying to do other things...meanwhile, poor doggies! We just love them all...but not sure Harley can stay,which makes us both cry! Some kinda adults we are! I am not sure what I can tell you...everything seems pretty regular...just Harley talking too loud & sometimes screaming! He seems to want too much attention? Thanks again, Judy (Hubby gone to get some more toys to add to my wood...hoping this will help him calm down...more toys!)

It could also be that you're reacting to his screaming, so in his opinion, it's working ;)
 Though difficult - one exercise we encourage when the bird screams is to effect total silence, turn your back to him and freeze.  When the screaming stops, quickly turn your attention to him and praise him. Screaming starts again? Repeat the same steps.

If you're thinking you need to move Harley on to another home because of this, it's worth making any effort you can.
