I don't know of such a parrot called "Indian cuckoos."  "Cockatoos," which are large, mainly white birds originate from Australia.  Is this the species of parrot you are asking about?  If so, you can feed them anything healthy and nutritious that humans can eat, except chocolate, avocado, salt, sugar, caffeine, fat foods, dairy products, foods prepared in fat, foods high in saturated fat, citrus seeds.  You can find lots of information on the internet about what is good for parrots to eat.  Keep seed to an absolute minimum, only offering as a reward or for a treat.
