we got a 30 yrs. old parrot from my father,we live in minnesota and it get,s dry in our house in the winter. but our parrot is scratching all the time is there anything you can spray or put any moisturizer on them?

Oh! Where in Minnesota are you? I'm in MN too and yes, the humidity is a problem.
We use a cool-air humidifier to make sure the birds are fine, and we also make our own aloe spray to use after bathtime. Frequent bathing is good to keep the skin moist. For the aloe spray, just take some aloe vera gel (I use a plant to make sure that no chemicals are in the spray) and dilute it in some water. You can also just rub some of the gel on his feet so he's not itchy.
