conure with something sticking out of her

Question
My nanday conure is 23 years old. We recently noticed this white thing sticking out right around the area where she eliminates or just above it. I can'f figure out if this is bone as it is quite hard. I am wondering if she just removed some feathers down there or if this is like a growth or something. She is eating all the time.

What you're describing could be an egg trying to make it's way out.  Even if she's never laid one in her life, if this is a female bird, it's possible all the time.
 When this happens, the bird needs vet intervention quickly. No exceptions.  Even if this isn't an egg, it's obviously not normal and she should be seen to determine what it is.
