rats..barbering or bullying

i have 2 male rats..approx 1and1/2.yrs old..one bullies the other and is losing its hair and squeels when the other one jumps him.im scared he'll kill him ...HELP..

You could try neutering the bully to calm him down although you would need a really good vet and only if he is in good health. Either that or seperate them if there is any blood. Are you sure they havent got mites, as there could be another cause for the hairloss. I havent seen a rat ever kill the rat that it lives with. Rats are not usually aggressive creatures but sometimes hormones can get the better of them, I dont think you should seperate them unless its a last resort. Good luck
