Answer
I already answered that question, did you get the answer?

If not, here it is:
  Dear Jeremy,
thank you for your question.
Male fancy mice always smell and the only way to really get rid of the smell os to neuter them, then they almost don't smell anymore. www.rmca.org/Vets has a list of rodent vets that may be able to neuter mice. A neutered male can live with females after four to six weeks and should have company, fancy mice shouldn't be kept alone. With an unneutered male, there's almost no other option than to keep him alone because two unneutered males will fight.

If you can't neuter him, don't clean the cage very often and always leave about a third of the old bedding. That won't make him mark everything all over again.  They toys shoud just be cleaned with hot water if neccessary so that they still smell of him. If you can get hemp bedding or flax bedding (often used for horses), then try using that, I think that it absorbs the smell much better then wood shavings. Don't use scented bedding, they will just make him mark the cage more and the scent is very annoying for him.
I hope I was of some help to you
