Mouse Hibernation

hi i just want to know if fancy mice hibernate,this would be alot of help because i do not want to burry it and get confused with hibernation and death

Hi Kerry,

No, I am afraid mice do not hibernate.  They do prefer to sleep during the daytime, but if your pet has been laying in the same position, is stiff, has blueish feet and tail, and doesn't respond when touched or poked - then it would seem as though your mouse has passed on.
