How do I take care of a blind mouse

Question
Ok so If my mouse is blind How would I take care of it? Will it be able to get milk from its mommy?

Answer
Dear Caraline,

Your mouse will nurse just fine.  Her siblings are blind right now too.  She will crawl around like a regular mouse when she is old enough but she may be a little slower to adapt to new surroundings.  Mice get around mostly by sense of smell, and don't see nearly as clearly as we do, so it won't be much of a handicap.  I would suggest, however, that you keep the cage arranged the same way most of the time.

Have fun : )
