Is it safe to let my iguana swim in the family pool?

Yes, its fine..but be sure to "potty" your ig before going into the pool or he will poop in there. Also, its best to let your iguana swim in the pool when the chlorine level is low. Of course you want the water to be warm enough also...generally, in the 80's should be fine.
