i have lost my crab

i lost my crab on the 2nd of august. leaving out pieces of apples in tinfoil to make noise is what i am doing. is there something i am doing wrong and is there something else i can do?

thank you for your question.
Keep all the doors closed so that the crab cannot wander from one room to the other. Put shallow water bowls and moist pieces of cloth in each room, the crab may hide under the cloth to keep moist. They tend to hide in dark spaces, look in, on and behind cupboards, shoes, under beds, in the trash (might be attracted by the smell) ect.
