hi my name is Tasha. i have a guinea pig which is about 1 year old. could you please tell me if i would be ok to give your guinea pig milk and also i would like to know what other food the guinea pig likes besides dry mix

Hello Tasha,

Guinea Pigs should never have any dairy products (not even the little yogurt drops sold for them) including milk. They also shouldn't have a mix, they should be on plain Guinea Pig pellets (the seeds can cause health problems and even death) and hay. However, there are lots of fun things you CAN give to your piggy. I'll give you a link to a list of all the wonderful fruits and veggies that your Guinea Pig can eat and can even share with you!
