why   when  my  guinea pig   had  her  babys  they  came  out   die?

Unfortunately, fatalities sometimes do happen. There could be many many reasosns why it happened, for example, if the father was related to the mother etc.

I am sorry for your loss, and I am sorry it is not possible to give you a definate answer.
