my guinea pig developed a swallen paw (front) she's now 5 years, i put the paw in sea salt, it a little bit better but not any near to god. what should i do?

It could be bumblefoot. What is the bottom of her cage made of?

If it is, you need to take her to the vet as the medicine she needs is only available with a prescription. Take the time to find a vet who is experienced with guinea pigs - a specialist small animal or exotic pet vet will be best. Have a read of this, and take it to the vet with you to make sure you get the treatment you're happy with:
