Question
hey, my hamsters seems to constantly twitch when she is out of her cage.. i have no idea why she is doing this so if you could tell me i would deeply apreciate it.. thank you,

Answer
Hey, Michelle.
This twitching is somewhat normal.  It usually means that a hamster is being annoyed/excited or just curious about something.  Since you mentioned it only happens when she's out her cage, I think she's just curious and is constantly smelling the air to try to get used with her surroundings. Therefore, I'd say not to worry about it too much.
By the way, you might also hear her making some clicking noises when she's out of her cage.  These are also normal and most of the time mean she's being annoyed by something.

Hope that helps you out.
