whats wrong?!?

"k, so i just bought a syrian hamster from petsmart a couple of days ago and she is much fatter than our old male hamster, so my first question is that how can you tell from a new hamster that she is pregnant? sencond is lately everyday when i wake up, she has stuffed her tube connecting  the top compartment of her cage to the bottom "living" area wiht all of her litter and then she gets stuck at the top! is there somehting wrong?

      No, most of the time hamster block their tubes. I have no idea why they find this so interesting, but they do. If your hamster stores more food than she usually did, if she builds a bigger nest, and continues to get bigger, then she is pregnant. Since you got your hamster from a store, it is going to be hard to tell if she is pregnant.
