I'm sorry, but I need some more information here. Do you keep Syrian or dwarf hamsters (if dwarfs, what species)? Are they kept together or seperated? If you keep only one hamsters, did you buy her recently?
Agression is usually not a sign or effect of pregnancy, although it might be. Female Campbell's dwarf hamsters are known for biting. It may also be that you scared the hamster by accident and she's now afraid of you.
