dust bath

i would like to know if i can or should a dust bath to my Syrian hamster and I'd like to know if he will eventually go in it and use it?

Dust baths are really designed for chinchilla use only. Although hamsters are from the desert of syria, they keep themselves clean without the aid of outside help. I wouldn't spend the money for one, as your hamster will be more likely to use it as a potty then a bath.
