I personally have never used Authority Kitten food, but looking at it's ingredients, it looks OK. The only thing I would have a concern about would be the high fat content. I personally use Special Care cat food by Purina, and had good results with it. But the main thing you want to avoid is "Fish and fish meal" in the ingredients, as well as a high ASH content.Here is Purina ONE Special Care Sensitive
