After neutering my dog he cannot hold his bladder

I just got my six month old pit bull neutered about one week ago. Ever since he got neutered, it is like he cannot hold his bladder? Why could this be? I am just worried that the vetrinary clinic that i took him to could have damaged something. I am just wondering if this could be a result of swelling or an infection. Please help! Thank you.

This could absolutely have caused an issue, but not necessarily something to worry about. Sometimes dogs take a bit to recuperate and get back to normal. If you want a second-opinion, you might want to go to a different vet and get him checked out.

If you are at all concerned about an infection, definitely get him checked out soon.
