I got a blue nose girl pit like 1 1/2 weeks ago she 7 months and all she does is mostly sleep why is she not hyper

Always consult with your veterinarian so you know your dog has a clean bill of health. Once you have that, you will know what to expect from your dog.

Dogs do sleep, rest, nap about 15 hours per day. Some will sleep more and some will sleep less, but that is a good starting point for average sleeping hours. Having a healthy, calm, younger dog is a positive thing.

If you want your dog to be more active, you could find a local training club and learn an activity like Agility or Rally Obedience to give you something to do together.
