I JUST GOT A 10 MONTH OLD DOBE NAMED BANKS AND HIS PREVIOUS OWNER SAID THAT HE GOT ALONG WITH HER CATS. AND IM WANTING TO KNOW HOW I CAN INTRODUCE HIM TO MY CATS THAT HAVENT BEEN AROUND DOGS THAT MUCH? I HAVE A CAT TREE THAT IS VERY TALL AND A CRATE.SO WHAT ELSE CAN I DO NOW?

I'd teach him "leave it" (I start by using a low value treat - tell the dog "leave it" and place it under my foot. As soon as the dog looks back at me, I click and give a better treat.
