am new to dog keeping.i have a golden reteiver puppy
Q how to train it.
as shown in tv or movies that dog do what they are asked to is that also true in real ?
if yes so what should be my 1st step to train it and how

My dogs aren't movie stars, but they come, sit, down, wait, leave it, retrieve, and a number of other thing when asked. I train with positive methods - using a clicker to teach most behaviors. Here's a website with a number of good articles and resources - including training books.
