blk lab 1yr old

Question
We have a 1yr old black lab, he is very hiper. I'm ok with that I understand he is a puppy still but he is so strong when he jumps on me he can knock me over, so its jumping, chewing, running around the house wild, paws up on counter, begs for food and the big thing he barks constantly to come in if we are not home the neighbors say he does not bark, as soon as he hears the car barks away he also jumps up on the slider door with all his might, he pants a lot and seems very anxious we really need help training him but I do not know where to start can you please help!!

Be very strict about that. He should calm down quickly if you follow those guidelines.
If he jumps on you he should get no attention. None at all. Put your hands in your pockets and look at the sky. When he sits, give him lots of attention but the minute he gets hyper ignore him again. Be strict about it and it will have him straight in no time.
