Retraining my 8 month old pit mix

My question is can my 8 month old pit mix be retrained? He is a unneutered male, I haven't had the money to get him fix. I was the one that trained him. I learned everything by reading books and doing research. My problem is that I had him trained and had him a schedule when he would go out. My family has tried to take him over and now he thinks he can do whatever he wants like jumping on the bed, peeing in the house without letting anybody know, and anything else he thinks he can get away with. So hes schedule is he thinks that he supposed to go out every 4 hours when I had trained to out 3 times a day, One at 5am,6pm and 10pm. I don't know what to do I am so frustrated, can u please help me?

The new owners need to start with basic obedience training so the dog learns to respond to them. This is not a pottyissue, it is a alpha-omega issue and the dog does not recognize the new owners as leaders and has simply taken over as boss. yes the dog can be retrained, but the owners need to be trained also.
