Question
I have a 6 y/o female boxer, whom I have had since she was 5 weeks old. She has a peeing problem. Regardless of what I do, she pee's. I call her name, she pees. Tell her to get off the couch, she pee's. Try to put her leash on, she pees. Talk to her in any way, she pees. the other day I whistled for her, when she came I didn't look at her, I didn't touch her, I didn't even talk to her .... yet she still peeed. She pee's when I talk with my other dog. I have tried completely ignoring her, using a soft gentle voice and everything else that has been suggested. Please help.

Answer
If this dog is spayed, she may have a relaxed sphincter that complicates a submissive or excitable urination problem. Or, she may have a low grade UTI. Speak to your vet about it to rule those things out first. If it's the former issue, there is inexpensive medication that might help.  If you have been doing the correct behavioral protocol and it's not working, I'd see what the vet says before going further.
