extremely swollen teet on pomeranian

My mothers pomeranian has a very large swollen teet on the bottom of her stomach.  It is about the size of a tennis ball.  She is listless and there is some light blood in her urine.  She is eating and drinking water.  Is she pregnant or does she have a tumor?  I want to take her to the veterinarian but due to the snow storm have to wait a couple of days.  What can I do for now?

This doesn't sound like a pregnancy, particularly since it is only one nipple; it sounds more like a tumor, which may or may not be malignant. The blood in the urine could be a couple things also, but what really bothers me is the fact that she is listless. I think you need to try to get her into your vet at the earliest opportunity as I don't think there is anything you can do for your mom's dog at home.
