Skin tags on my older dog

Hi Nancy- My 12 yr old Eskie was groomed last week- she has several skin tags and I think after being shaved down- a few of the tags on her back are bleeding- she has several removed in the past on the one has returned in the same spot 3 times. What can I apply to them to get them healed- I am applying peroxide and it seems to be helping-but the last time I asked the vet to remove them she told me that they are fine- well, now I have this problem. what can I do??

this is more a vet question and I am not supposed to answer it.  I will tell you, if it were my dog I would use the antibiotic cream and also genacyn,  I don't know if that is spelled correctly, but your vet should know what you are talking bout.
