Question
Hello I would love toget another dog sometime next year if possible i was hoping for  another lab puppy i was wondering if you can refresh my memory on caring for a Large breed puppy my lab is now almost 4 years old so I am a bit out of touch with caring for a large breed puppy....are large puppies more difficult then smaller puppies (i've got small dogs raised from pups they are younger) Honestly how much exercsie does one of these dog need daily as a puppy and will it be ok crated when I'm working as long as my mum can let her out once or twice? I treat my dogs like kids/friends I've known for years and would be able to supply time/love and money to another dog fully, just need some memory refreshment here...am I barking up the wrong tree getting another large dog?

Answer
There really isn't a lot of difference between large and small puppies, just that large puppies just need to eat a little bit more

Crate training is the best way to go with any puppy or dog

And puppies don't need a lot of exercise since they sleep a lot, just whatever time you have for them will be good

I think you will be fine getting a large breed puppy just let him or her out every few hours or so
