Question
We have a 9 month old male blue pitbull and an just recently got an 11 month old female american pitbull. I know the female is in heat.  I went outside to give them water and food, turned around and they were stuck together so I thru some water on the back sides. They came apart and the male was huge and the female was bleeding a little. The female started chasing the male around the yard really angry, trying to bite him. He just ran away from her. Is all of the behavior natural and what should I do should this happen again?

Answer
You total idiot. You knew she was in heat and left them together??  Throwing water over them is cruel and horrendous, and you could have damaged one or both of them, no wonder she was bleeding, you made him rip it out, disgusting.

Well congrats your dog is now pregnant.

Get her spayed for goodness sake, you obviously dont have a clue.
