recurring vomiting w/ French Bulldog

Question
My 3 year-old Frenchie has been vomiting for 3 days in a row at around the same time every morning, 5am.  The first 2 times he vomited yellow bile the other time, this morning, it was white foam/clear.  Could it be Acid Reflux disease? Could he be trying to hack up something he ate?

Answer
Only a veterinarian can really determine what this might be, but my experience has been that some dogs will have a tendency to vomit bile/foam on empty stomaches (ie. just before mealtime), particularly if fed poorer-quality kibble. You might try giving him a small handful of food late in the evening and see if that doesn't help. A change in diet might also help; I highly recommend Eagle, Canidae, Wellness, Solid Gold, or Flint River Ranch.

If he continues to vomit off and on, you might have a vet take a look at him as he could have ingested something that he is unable to pass, but if he is hacking more than vomiting, he could have kennel cough. It is pretty rampant in some parts of the country right now.
