my dogs go all over the house why?!?

I have 3 dogs, 2 of which are boys. They pee all over the walls, carpet, coach pretty much any thing they can get to when I'm not around why is this?  Would getting them neutered be good for them?

Yes,neutering them will help and may get rid of the problem all together,as unaltered males usually mark more

Something else after getting them done if they still pee a bit inside would be to use a crate(seperate crates though) and keep them in there at all times except to go outside,to go for a walk,to eat or to take them somewhere then slowly let them out more

But a lot of times just getting them fixed will solve the problem
