I HAVE A VERY FUSSY DOG

I WAS WONDERING IF YOU CAN TELL ME A WAY TO GET MY MALE SHIZ TUI TO EAT WHAT HE SHOULD BE.  I TRIED HIM WITH EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF.  DRY,SOFT/DRY MIX SOFT.  HE TURNS HIS NOSE UP.  I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF TO PUT ON HIS DRY KIBBLE.  I USUALLY GET ALPO OR BENEFUL. HE EATS IT FOR SO LONG THEN TURNS HIS NOSE UP.  PLEASE HELP ME, I AM AT MY WITS END.   HE IS A YEAR AND A HALF OLD.

Yeah, you're not going to like my answer LOL, But here it is.
You have to use some tough love here. Put your dog's food dish down for thirty minutes twice per day,no more. Do not mix anything into his food. No treats in between meals. Completely ignore him during this thirty minute period. No cajoling, no commmenting, do not even look in the direction of the food dish or the dog. He either eats, or not. If he doesn't pick his food dish up at the end of thirty minutes and do NOT give him ANYTHING until his designated meal time in the evening. Stick to a schedule. It may take awhile, he may actually eat nothing at first But he WILL eat. Your dog is playing mind games with you. They are just like children. DO make sure he is healthy and has no issues with his teeth. Other than that. Stick to your guns
