my shih tzu is acting bad

my puppy is biting, and when we take her outside we wait and wait and she does nothing, yet when we go inside she poos and pees all she wants. now we keep her in the bathroom all the time. what should i do?

Go back to basic crate training, or block off an even smaller portion of your bathroom.  You're dog won't want to soil where it has to "live" so if you have a crate or a small area you can confine her to, she won't want to go to the bathroom there.  Then go back to the basics of house training. Crate her when you can't watch her.  Take her out first thing in the morning, right after she eats and anytime she wakes up from a nap.  Take treats with you (or a favorite toy) and if she goes potty outside, reward her.  Only give her a couple of minutes when you take her out.  If she doesn't go, take her back in (with no fanfare, no emotion) and put her back in her confined area.
