I AM REGISTERING A PUPPY ON LINE, BUT IT SAYS THE PIN NUMBER IS WRONG.  BUT IT IS THE CORRECT NUMBER...WHAT DO I DO

There seem to be many "bugs" in AKC's online registration. I would send in your dog's registration by snail mail, if I were you.

Yours is the second complaint I have received about it, and I myself had problems trying to individually register a litter. I got four done after a week of trying, and never got the last two finished. Apparently the registration telephone number also is not working... at least it wasn't a couple weeks ago.
