weimaraner anxiety

Question
i have a 2year old male weimaraner who has destroyed(eaten) a cage and can escape.  when he escapes he poops on the floor eats furniture opens kitchen cupboards. im at my wits end and dont know what to do and i would appreciate any help or advice please

You can try two things St Johns Wort and/or DAP (dog appeasing pheromones).  I don't have any experience with either except that I've heard from ppl they work.  There is also doggy prozac.  I don't recall the name of it, but your vet should know.  Discuss all these options with your vet to determine what is best for your dog.
