3 week old constipation

my 3 week old dhiauhaus hasnt had a bowels
for 3 days what do i do.

At that age, I would tell you one thing...take it to the VET!
There is not a good thing to use, until you see what is going on with the dog.
Castor oil is one thing, but, I really would not want you to give him anything until the Vet saw the dog!
