IBD diet recipes

My ten year old dog, an 84# kuvasz has IBD and appears to becoming intolerant to her latest limited ingredient diet,venison & sweet potato. She has eaten beef,chicken, turkey,lamb, duck and fish. Now I don't know what I can feed her. Are there recipes? Can she eat beans for protein? Please help! She is too big to feed rabbit, eel and pheasant as they are too expensive. I don't like the hydrolyzed diets.
