We just adopted a golden retriever that they put at 8yrs old, female. She was just spayed  2mo ago and it looks like she has maybe many litters of pups. We give her Kirkland premium pet food, lamb with rice and vegetables. Her coat is in very bad shape and I don't know if she was shaved or cut. She has very little fringe and she smells like stinky dog. We had her bathed with oatmeal shampoo because she had had yeast dermatitis and yeast in both ears. That was cleared before we got her with Malaseb shampoo and ear meds.. She still scratches and bites some but I don't see any irritation to make her scratch. The rescue got her from animal services so I don't know how she got there. She is such a sweet girl and does whatever we ask of her. We would just like to improve her coat , stop the scratching and biting and make her smell good.. What do you suggest?

Acidophalus 1 billion CFUs   ( walmart or any store with Adult vitamins )

You can try giving her a Probiotic (  1 dosage of Acidophalus 1 billion cfu  per day for 60 days)  hide in some wet food: .... It will help to balance out her bacteria/ good bacterias in his belly.
VERY safe and all natural - let's get rid of the smell...
