Carin Terrier hair loss

Question
Murphy our six month old female Cairn terrier,is
experiencing hair loss on all legs, particularly
hind legs and rectal area. I have noted itching, but no
hot zones, open ares or fleas? Any suggestions on what the
cause could be?

What are you feeding him ?  Cairns, and other hard coated breeds, can be very food sensitive and have allergies to the run of the mill dog foods which contain a lot of allergens like corn.
