My Jack Russell

How do I stop my Jack Russell from chewing her back raw.

I cannot know what the cause is without seeing her, and of course I'm not a vet either.

My easiest guess is the food you are feeding her.  Please read the ingredients and try her on something that has NO corn in it.  Many many dogs are sensitive to that.

However, it could be a number of other things which would require vet attention.
