mating

Question
I have a female miniature poodle that 2 year old, she mated
with her brother whom was born with her, and live down the
street,One day she got out of the yard and went over and
friend call and said the dog are stuck, well, she pregant,
will her puppies and her be okay.  

Answer
There is no more risk to her than any other pregnancy.  No pregnancy is without risk, and the smaller the dog, the riskier.  As for the puppies.  Inbreeding brings out recessive traits, often problematic.  The puppies may or may not have problems.
