pitbull in heat

i have a 4 month old pitbull and she is spotting...is that her period???

Hello jesus:  Are you sure she is only 4 months old....?
She should not be in " heat " at 4 months... I am wondering if she may have a urinary infection and that is why you are seeing some blood.  Anyway, your best bet is to have the VET take a look at her.

You know, she is young and you want to give her the best start.  Only the vet can tell you what is going on.. The Vet can give an antibiotic if needed...
