Pitbull hair and skin problem

ok so i have a 8 month pit bull pure breed and for the last month or 2 his fur just keeps falling off from all his body       and he seems to have little bumps or zits dont really know what to call it but is only in his back and also one more question he takes out a lot of saliva when his running or when his drinking water

Hi Anthony - I would love to help you!  First, I want you to take him to the vet for a check up.  Make sure he doesn't have mange... Your problem could be mange and the vet would have some medication to cure this.
I can help with supplements, oils and good feeding.... First see the vet and then contact me...Let me know what they say.
