Feeding Pitt Bull puppies

Question
My puppy is exactly 5 weeks old today.  I have had him for about 7 hours and can't get him to eat or drink anything.  He has teeth and is feisty, but won't eat.  Do I offer a bottle?  What do I feed him and how?  I was trying to feed him Pedigree puppy food soaked in warm water.

Answer
Hello:  As long as he is drinking..... give him some time tonight.  This little one was just taken away from his pack... He should have stayed with mom for another 2-3 weeks.  ( if possible)

Go to the store and buy some Puppy Formula and a syringe to feed with.  Put the dog food into the puppy formula and soak it.
If he WON'T eat this, then give him 2 -3 cc of formula by syringe every hour when awake.

If he won't do any of the above.....Go see VET or bring him back to mamma for feeding.

Good Luck
