Just another qestion: Is it good for the puppie to sleep all the time?

And also one more qiuck one is it bad for them to sleep on there back?

Its perfectly normal to sleep that long. As pups they do sleep a lot. Like humans dogs grow while they sleep. And sleeping on his back is fine to, i guess. It might be a funny sight, but if thats what he like than so be it. It also might be becasue it is hot these days.
