Labs paw pad

My lab has injuried his paw.  The rough pad is torn from the skin.  What can we do?

I highly reccomend you take him to a vet, it will get infected if not treated right away, yuo can wash it with proxide at home but it may need to be stiched and the vet must do this, it wont be all that expensive, and it will take the dog out of pain as the vet will likly give you a weeks worth of pain pills for him.
