Question
I have an 8 year old male chocolate Lab. As of lately he has been unable to hold his urine until he gets outside to go potty, then when he does get outside he urinates in the same spot (TIMED BY A WATCH) for 5 minutes, then he moves on and urinates for about another 3 minutes. he has not been neutered and i heard that this might be a symptom for prostate cancer. I have noticed recently that his testicales are bigger then normal and he has a thirst that is unquenchible. if you might have an answer I would appreciate it.

Answer
Hello Nancy and thank you for your question,

I am not a vetrenerian thou so I can only give some input on the suituation. I persoanlly was wondering why he Has testicals if he is neutered?!? My male had his removed during his neuter..... which is how I thought the operation was done to all males. He could very weel have prostate cancer if he still has his tests. I reccomend a checkup at your locale vet right away.... as soon as you can ge tan apointment in.
